In the version 12 of Cubase, released this spring, Steinberg added a possibility to create scripts for midi control devices.
I took this great opportunity to develop an integration for PreSonus FaderPort FP2 (2018 version).

the necessary API to implement this kind of scripts was introduced by Steinberg in Cubase 12. So I’m sorry to say, but there is no possibility to implement such a solution for Cubase (Elements) 9.
